ASUS demos glasses-free 3D gaming laptop
by Michael Arsenault on Monday, June 13, 2011 , under
Externally, it looks the same as previous G-series laptops from ASUS sitting gimp-like in its suit of rubber, with hard angles and giant vents round the back. Under that there’s an Intel Core i7 CPU, Z68 motherboard and GeForce 560M graphics chip.

June 13, 2011 at 8:00 PMcool, i think 3D could be very cool in the future when it's better developed. personally i would wait until they perfect it, before I'd consider buying one of these.

June 13, 2011 at 8:56 PMI think that 3D is kinda a fad right now after the Avatar thing came out. To tell the truth its just annoying because it hurts my eyes. :P

June 13, 2011 at 11:26 PMOnly time will tell if 3D really is the future. But for now it's a novelty. I don't think the technology has really matured enough yet to make it mainstream and comfortable (kinda like HDTV in the late 90s)

June 13, 2011 at 11:45 PMIn México that kind of tech it's way out of our pockets. That would cost like 50,000 pesos (5000 us dollars). Sucks.

June 14, 2011 at 12:44 AMIs wow supported for 3d gameplay? that'd be amazing if they could intergrate it in a way that doesnt make it clunky. give whole new meaning to line of sight

June 14, 2011 at 12:46 AMI'm not much of a fan of 3d. Movies, games, or otherwise. I regret buying my 3DS, though that honestly has more to do with the horrible release line up.

June 14, 2011 at 1:36 AMi'm not a fan of 3d, especially since i have to wear glasses. i'll probably end up waiting until this 3d phase either passes on by or gets more efficient and less painful
